           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Roberto 'Bobby' Salcedo  
          Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route (SR) 60 between SR  
          710 and the city limit of the City of Rosemead in Los Angeles  
          County.

          FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

          This measure honors Mr. Salcedo, who was serving as the  
          Assistant Principal for Instruction at El Monte High School at  
          the time he was abducted and slain, in December 2009, in the  
          city of Gomez Palacio, Mexico.
