           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Deputy Sheriff James Collier  
          Memorial Bridge," the Oak Canyon Bridge on State Route 52 in  
          Santee (San Diego County).

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Deputy Sheriff Collier, a 13-year  
          law enforcement veteran and employee of the San Diego County  
          Sheriff's Department, who was killed in the line of duty on June  
          10, 2010.
