           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Paul Johnson Highway," the  
          portion of State Route 55 between Katella Avenue and Chapman  
          Avenue in Orange County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Mr. Johnson, who, since 1982, has  
          provided on-air traffic reports for Southern California for  
          several radio stations.
