           SUMMARY  :  Revises and repeals specified state agency reports and  
          reporting requirements to the Legislature, including state  
          building expenditures and other data, from the Department of  
          General Services and the Fair Employment and Housing Commission.  


           The Senate amendments  make technical and clarifying amendments.

           AS PASSED BY THE ASSEMBLY  , this bill was substantially similar  
          to the version approved by the Senate.

           FISCAL EFFECT  :  According to the Senate Appropriations  
          Committee, pursuant to Senate Rule 28.8, negligible state costs.  


           COMMENTS  :  This bill, as amended in the Senate, is consistent  
          with Assembly actions.
