	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 1450, as introduced, Conway. Health care.
   Existing law creates various public programs to provide health
care services. Existing law regulates health care service plans and
health insurers.
   This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to address
disparities in the provision of, and access to, health care in
California.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to address
disparities in the provision of, and access to, health care in
California.
