           SUMMARY  :   Makes minor, non-substantive and technical changes to  
          the Contractors State License Law (Law).  

           The Senate amendments  resolve chaptering conflicts with other  
          legislative measures, and make technical and conforming changes.

           EXISTING LAW  establishes the Law and provides for the licensure  
          and regulation of contractors by the Contractors State License  
          Board. 

           AS PASSED BY THE ASSEMBLY  , this bill made minor, non-substantive  
          and technical changes to the Law.  

           FISCAL EFFECT  :   According to the Assembly Appropriations  
          Committee, there are no significant costs associated with this  
          legislation.

           COMMENTS  :   This bill was amended in the Senate and is  
          consistent with Assembly actions.
