DIGEST : This bill combines two disparate code sections
that relate to requirement that the president of the
California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) appear before
the Legislature to report on the annual work plan, and the
requirement that the CPUC develop the annual work plan.
ANALYSIS : This bill makes minor technical changes to

Assembly to report on the annual work plan.
This bill places the requirement that the president report
the work plan to both policy committees of the Legislature,
in the same code section as the requirement to perform the
annual work plan.
All of the provisions in this bill are non-substantive and
without opposition. In addition, the relevant regulatory

As the code cleanup bill, the bill does not and will not
contain any section to which any party objects.
