           SUMMARY

This bill reduces requirements related to three insurer reports
and authorizes the California Department of Insurance (CDI) to
request related information as needed. Specifically, this bill:

1)Specifies that a report about long term care liability
insurance not be completed more than once annually.

2)Requires an automobile insurance report be submitted at the
request of the CDI, but not more than once annually.

3)Repeals a reporting requirement related to uninsured
            motorists.

           FISCAL EFFECT

No direct fiscal impact to the California Department of
          Insurance.
