           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Patricia Ann Weston Memorial  
          Highway," the portion of State Route (SR) 99 between mile post  
          36 and mile post 40 in Sutter County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Ms. Weston, who served the State of  
          California for 30 years in various capacities at Caltrans. Ms.  
          Weston passed away on September 8, 2009.
