           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Joseph A. Zanger Memorial  
          Flyover," the flyover ramp at the interchange of State Routes  
          152 and 156 in Santa Clara County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Mr. Zanger, whose family founded  
          (in 1943) what has become the Casa de Fruta complex along State  
          Route 152. Mr. Zanger passed away on February 9, 2009.
