           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Officer Larry Lasater Memorial  
          Overcrossing," the Harbor Avenue overcrossing over State Route 4  
          in Contra Costa County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs;  
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Officer Lasater, who served as a  
          member of the Pittsburg Police Department and was shot and  
          killed in the line of duty on April 24, 2005.
