COMMENTS : According to the author, "For more than 20 years the
NCGA Foundation has been supporting many charitable organizations
throughout California. Today, it's Youth on Course program
teaches golf to kids from low-income families who wouldn't
otherwise have access to the golf course or driving range. The
program also teaches life-skills necessary for program
participants to become contributing and successful members of
society. The NCGA Foundation has become a pathway for tens of
thousands of young Californians to excel personally and
professionally. I am honored to author this resolution that
commemorates the wonderful work of the NCGA Foundation."
