           SUMMARY  

          This bill, the annual Senate Public Safety Committee omnibus  
          bill, makes a lengthy series of technical corrective changes to  
          various code sections. 

           FISCAL EFFECT

           Minor state and/or local costs.

           COMMENTS

          Rationale  . This bill makes a series of consensus technical and  
          corrective amendments. Per agreement with the author and the  
          committees hearing the bill, should any legislator disagree with  
          any provision of the bill, that provision will be deleted. There  
          is no known opposition to any of the provisions in the bill.
