DIGEST : Assembly Amendments delete the Senate version of
the bill, and add the current provisions which exempt the
County of Fresno from maintenance of effort funding

the 2009-10, and prior year, budget acts. The amendments
change the author from Senator Correa to Senator Cogdill
and add an urgency clause.
