financing disaster preparedness and flood prevention projects.
This bill, with regard to those bond funds, would appropriate
$30,000,000 to the Department of Water Resources for flood protection
projects that improve the sustainability of the Sacramento-San
Joaquin Delta.

consistent with adopted state policies .
