           SUMMARY

This bill requires the Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) within
the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to
collect and post specified recidivism information on the DJJ
          website.

           FISCAL EFFECT

Minor and absorbable annual GF costs to post information that
DJJ should currently be tracking on the division's website.

           COMMENTS

Rationale. The author contends DJJ recidivism information should
be more readily accessible in a coherent format.

According to DJJ, this information is available and can be
collected and reformatted in a more user-friendly format that
will not require significant staff time.
