   An act to amend Section 2800 of the Penal Code, relating to
corrections.

Authority.
   Existing law provides that there is in existence within the
Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation the Prison Industry
Authority.
   This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 2800 of the Penal Code is amended to read:
