Department of Education be designed to serve as a model or example
and prohibits those guidelines from being prescriptive. Existing law
requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to review the
guidelines before they are issued to local educational agencies.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes in these
provisions.
