           SUMMARY  :  This is a code clean-up bill and makes other technical  
          and non-substantive changes.  

           FISCAL EFFECT  :  Negligible fiscal impact.

           COMMENTS  :  This is a code clean-up bill in which the authors  
          intend to revise, renumber and repeal sections of the Public  
          Utilities Code and Public Resources Code.  

          All of the provisions in this bill are non-substantive and  
          without opposition.  In addition, the relevant regulatory agency  
          has been consulted and has expressed no concern.

          As the code cleanup bill, the bill does not and will not contain  
          any section to which any party objects.
