           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "CHP Officer Justin W. McGrory 
          Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route (SR) 15 between 
          Wild Wash Road and Hodge Road in San Bernardino County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs; 
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Officer McGrory, who died on June 
          27, 2010 after being struck by a vehicle while on the shoulder 
          of SR 15 administering a field sobriety test.
