           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Captain Ted Hall and Engineer 
          Arnie Quinones Memorial Interchange," the interchange on State 
          Route 14 in the Angeles Forest Highway in Los Angeles County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs; 
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This bill honors Messrs. Hall and Quinones of the Los 
          Angeles County Fire Department, who were killed in the line of 
          duty during the Station Fire in August 2009.
