           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "California Highway Patrol 
          Officer Brett J. Oswald Memorial Interchange," the east and 
          westbound interchange of State Routes 46 and 101 in the City of 
          Paso Robles (San Luis Obispo County).

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect 
          appropriate signs; sign costs are covered by donations.  

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Officer Oswald, a 20-year veteran 
          of the CHP, who was killed in the line of duty on June 27, 2010.
