           SUMMARY  

          This resolution recognizes the 25th anniversary of the 
          California Vietnam Veterans Memorial in the Capitol Park, 
          Sacramento, as specified. 

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Absorbable costs to the Department of Veterans Affairs and other 
          state entities that help promote the memorial.

           COMMENTS  

          The author wishes to honor Vietnam veterans.
