           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates:

          1)As the "Chelsea King Memorial Bridge," the State Route 15 
            bridge over Lake Hodges in San Diego County.

          2)As the "Amber Dubois Memorial Highway," the portion of State 
            Route 78 between Old Milky Way and West Zoo Road in San Diego 
            County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect 
          appropriate signs; sign costs are covered by donations. 

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure memorializes Ms. Dubois and Ms. King, two 
          teenagers who were murdered by a violent sex offender in 2009 
          and 2010, respectively.
