SUMMARY : Requires identification cards for employees of a
professional photocopier or a partnership or corporation, to
include a photograph of the employee, as specified.

EXISTING LAW requires county clerks to maintain a register of
professional photocopiers and assign an identification card to
each one.
AS PASSED BY THE ASSEMBLY , this bill was substantially similar
to the version approved by the Senate.
FISCAL EFFECT : According to the Senate Appropriations
committee, pursuant to Senate Rule 28.8, negligible state costs.
