   An act relating to employment.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 1313, as introduced, Lara. Employment: agricultural workers.
   Existing law requires the Agricultural Labor Relations Board to
make an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature regarding
specified activities it has conducted.
   This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation to require that the report be posted on the board's
Internet Web site.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation to amend Section 1143 of the Labor Code to require the
Agricultural Labor Relations Board to publish its annual report to
the Governor and the Legislature on its Internet Web site.
