           DIGEST  :    This bill has the effect of ensuring that 
          taxpayers can contribute to the Arts Council Fund.

           ANALYSIS  :    Under existing law, there is an income tax 
          checkoff for the Arts Council Fund.

          This bill amends the provision concerning the duration of 
          the tax checkoff to ensure that it continues in order for 
          taxpayers to contribute to the Arts Council Fund.
