I am returning Assembly Bill 2034 without my signature.

The future of the Genetically Handicapped Persons Program and the
health coverage of people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis will be
taken up as California implements the federal Patient Protection and
Affordable Care Act.

A separate legislative report is unnecessary.
