An act to amend Section 2927 of the Labor Code, relating to
employment.

	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2381, as introduced, Roger Hernández. Employment: quitting.
Existing law provides that an employee who is not employed for a
specified term and who quits the service of his or her employer is
entitled to compensation for services rendered up to the time of
quitting.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
