To the Members of the California State Assembly:

I am returning Assembly Bill 2672 without my signature.

This bill requires the Department of General Services to report to
the Department of Housing and Community Development on the number of
businesses that claim enterprise zone or Local Agency Military Base
Relocation Area preferences in competing for certain state contracts.


More reporting is counter to the intent of Executive Order B-14-11.
The information this bill requires is already kept by and available
from the Department of General Services.
