                                      DESCRIPTION
           
           This bill  corrects incorrect Public Utilities Code references to 
          code sections that were moved or repealed as a result of other 
          enacted statutes.  This bill renumbers several sections of the 
          Public Utilities Code and revises grammar and cross-references 
          to other code sections.  Many of the changes were necessitated 
          by the Most of the sections affected concern the Renewable 
          Portfolio Standards.

                                       COMMENTS
           
           Author's Purpose  .  This is a code maintenance bill in which the 
          author intends to revise, renumber and repeal sections of the 
          Public Utilities Code which no longer have utility.
