           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Border Patrol Agent Robert W. 
          Rosas Jr. Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route 8 
          between mile 51.0 and 55.8 in San Diego County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs; 
          these costs are covered by donations.  (State Highway Account.)

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose. This measure honors Agent Rosas, who was killed in the 
          line of duty on July 23, 2009.
