          Majority vote.  Budget Bill Appropriation Takes Effect 
          Immediately 

           SENATE VOTE  :Vote not relevant  
           
           SUMMARY  :  Makes statutory changes necessary to implement human 
          services-related portions of the 2011-12 Budget Act.  
          Specifically,  this bill  :

          1)Makes a technical correction to correctly identify the 
            component, subdivision (b), of Control Section 3.94 of the 
            Budget Act of 2011 that would cause the reduction in In-Home 
            Supportive Services to be implemented under the triggers 
            included in the budget package.  

          2)Adds an appropriation allowing this bill to take effect 
            immediately upon enactment.
