           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Honorable Jenny Oropeza 
          Memorial Overcrossing," the portion of State Route 1 between 
          Coil Street and the east side of the Tesora Refinery entrance in 
          the community of Wilmington (Los Angeles County).

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect 
          appropriate signs; sign costs are covered by donations. 

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors former Assemblymember and Senator 
          Oropeza for her career in public service.
