           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Lance Corporal Joseph C. Lopez 
          Memorial Interchange," the Rosamond Boulevard Interchange of 
          State Route 14 in the City of Rosamond (Kern County).

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect 
          appropriate signs; sign costs are covered by donations. 

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Lance Corporal Lopez, who was 
          killed on October 14, 2010 in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
