           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Randy Sanchez Memorial Bridge," 
          the Spring Canyon Bridge over Interstate 905 in San Diego 
          County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect 
          appropriate signs; sign costs are covered by donations. 

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure, sponsored by Caltrans, honors Mr. 
          Sanchez, who worked at Caltrans for 13 years and was killed in a 
          motorcycle accident on September 21, 2004.
