           SUMMARY  

          This bill makes several minor changes to state election law 
          regarding municipal elections.

          COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . SB 327 is the Senate Elections and Constitutional 
          Amendments Committee's annual omnibus bill providing making 
          minor technical and clarifying changes to current statutes. The 
          bill is supported by the California Association of Clerks and 
          Elections Officials and the City Clerks Association of 
          California.
