           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Border Patrol Agent Eric Norman  
          Cabral Memorial Bridge," the Round Mountain Bridge on Interstate  
          8 in San Diego County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honor Agent Cabral, who died on July 26,  
          2007 from heat-related injuries after tracking a group on  
          suspected undocumented immigrants on foot.
