           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "California Small Business  
          Highway," the portion of State Route 99 between Hull Road and  
          Steward Road in Sutter County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . The author seeks to recognize the important role of  
          small businesses in California's economy.
