           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Pasadena Police Agent Richard  
          Morris Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route 210 from  
          Rosemead Boulevard to Allen Avenue in the City of Pasadena.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS 

           Purpose  . This measure honors Agent Morris, who was shot and  
          killed in the line of duty on March 13, 1969.
