           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Joe Gatto Memorial Highway,"  
          the portion of Interstate 10 between Interstate 710 and  
          Interstate 5 in Los Angeles County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure memorializes the life of Mr. Gatto, a  
          longtime and much-honored teacher and artist.
