To the Members of the California State Assembly:

I am returning Assembly Bill 1529 without my signature.

This bill would make it easier to dissolve a nonprofit corporation.

Implementing this bill, however, will require expensive reprogramming
of an obsolescent computer system that will soon be replaced.  It
would be better to make this change when the new computer system is
being designed.
