LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 2094, as introduced, Yamada. Agriculture: agritourism: liability.

Existing law provides for the direct marketing of agricultural products, including through certified farmers’ markets.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to the liability of farms conducting agritourism operations.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
