Negligible costs to the department of Alcoholic Beverage

COMMENTS
Purpose. According to the author, wine growers struggle to
attend certain events due to the limited scope of the existing
license. Events may not allow certain vendors the opportunity
to sell their wine because the event sponsors want the vendor to
remain for the entire event, while the current license only
allows for 2 consecutive periods of 5 days. Some events, such
as the State Fair, last for longer than 10 days. The author
argues current law limits the ability of events to showcase
local wineries.
