LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

Existing law provides for various economic development programs that foster community sustainability and for community and economic development initiatives throughout the state.

The bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would promote job and business growth, and encourage economic development.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
