AB 2349, as introduced, Yamada. Sonoma Developmental Center

Existing law establishes the State Department of Developmental Services and sets forth its duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to, administration and oversight of the state developmental centers, including the Sonoma Developmental Center, and programs relating to persons with developmental disabilities under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.

This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to subsequently amend this bill to include provisions relating to the Sonoma Developmental Center.
