AB 2575, as introduced, Campos. Agricultural Labor Relations Board: annual report.
Existing law, the Alatorre-Zenovich-Dunlap-Berman Agricultural Labor Relations Act of 1975, grants agricultural employees the right to form and join labor organizations and engage in collective bargaining with respect to wages, terms of employment, and other employment conditions. The act creates the Agricultural Labor Relations Board and requires it, at the close of the fiscal year, to make a written report to the Legislature and the Governor describing the cases it has heard and the decisions rendered, the names, salaries, and duties of all employees and officers in its employ or under its supervision, and accounting for moneys it has disbursed.
This bill would specify that the report described above is to be made on or before 45 days after the close of the fiscal year.

Section 1143 of the Labor Code is amended to
