           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Shawn Baker and Robert Jones  
          Memorial Highways," two respective portions of State Route 5 in  
          Siskiyou County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Mr. Baker and Mr. Jones-Caltrans  
          equipment operators who were killed on April 24, 2013 during a  
          rock scaling operation along State Route 96 near Happy Camp.
