           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Viet DZung Human Rights  
          Memorial Bridge," the portion of State Route 39 between  
          Interstate 405 and Talbert Avenue in Orange County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Viet Dzung, who died in December  
          2013, for his leadership in the Vietnamese American community.
