           DIGEST  :    This resolution commemorates the 227th anniversary of  
          the signing of the United States Constitution on September 17,  
          2014, and recognizes the sacrifices made by the people who made  
          the signing possible.

           ANALYSIS  :    This resolution makes the following legislative  
          findings:

          1.September 17, 2014, marks the 227th anniversary of the framing  
            of the Constitution of the United States of America by the  
            Constitutional Convention.

          2.It is fitting and proper to accord official recognition to  
            this magnificent document and its memorable anniversary, and  
            to the patriotic celebrations that will commemorate it.

          This resolution commemorates the 227th anniversary of the  
          signing of the United States Constitution on September 17, 2014,  
          and recognizes the sacrifices made by the people who made the  
          signing possible.
